Before joining Bredin, I was Director of Communications & Editorial at MarketingSherpa Inc., a research firm that writes about marketing best practices. I was there for nearly three years and helped write and publish Benchmark Guides, Handbooks, Case Studies and more. The company is based in Warren, RI. Before Sherpa, I was Editor in Chief of DM News, a weekly trade magazine covering direct and interactive marketing, for 10 years.
I also have profiles at Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Besides my day job, I’m also written the first two books in a series that are available at BarnesandNoble.com: The End of Days and The Witch Queen. Book 3, The Eye of Syntok, will be completed in due time.
So, what’s the series about? Here is what’s written on the back cover of The End of Days:
Thirteen people lay murdered, and an ominous message written in blood foretells a darkness that will destroy all life. The victims belonged to a coven of witches, killed by Draya, the evil queen of the witches who is hell-bent on bringing Ragnarok and the end of the world.
Only thirteen-year-old Ben Conant stands in her way. After stumbling upon Froøleikr, an ancient book of magyck, he and his friends are thrown into a world filled with elves and mysteries, magic and witches mythological gods and prophecies.
Can they stop Draya before their world plunges into three years of endless winter?
With that said, this site is going to be a mix of comments from my professional and personal worlds.
